HLN-129 Phosphorus-Free High-Temperature Corrosion Inhibitor
Phosphorus Free High Temperature Corrosion Inhibitor

HLN-129 Phosphorus-Free High-Temperature Corrosion Inhibitor

HLN-129 is a high-performance phosphorus-free high-temperature corrosion inhibitor formulated by diluting the stock solution with diesel oil, aromatic hydrocarbons, or similar solvents. This polymer surfactant contains strong polar groups such as nitrogen (N) and oxygen (O), making it free from phosphorus (P), chloride (Cl), metals, and other toxic substances. The product is environmentally friendly, exhibits excellent oil solubility, and is thermally stable with a decomposition temperature exceeding 500℃. RUN-129 forms a dense monomolecular or polymolecular adsorption film on metal surfaces, effectively preventing high-temperature naphthenic acid corrosion.

    Product Features

    • Environmentally Friendly: Free from phosphorus, chloride, and metals, ensuring compatibility with catalysts and downstream processes.
    • Thermal Stability: High decomposition temperature (>500℃) ensures reliable performance in high-temperature environments.
    • Strong Adsorption: Forms a protective passivation film on metal surfaces, comparable to 316/317 stainless steel, enhancing corrosion resistance.
    • Versatile Solubility: Miscible with aromatic hydrocarbons and diesel in any ratio, simplifying application processes.

    Applications

    • High-Temperature Corrosion Protection: Designed for high-acid and high-sulfur atmospheric and vacuum distillation units, primarily for oil-phase corrosion protection.

    Usage Instructions

    1. **Injection Process:** Pump the product directly as a pure solution or dilute it with diesel. For dilution, use nitrogen to achieve homogeneous mixing.
    2. **Injection Points:** Recommended at the reducing line of the distillation tower, bottom pump inlets, or reflux pump inlets. Use multi-point injection for optimal coverage.
    3. **Pre-Passivation:** During the initial 5 days, inject at 30-50ppm to form a solid corrosion inhibitor film.
    4. **Regular Use:** Typical concentration ranges from 5-25ppm. Adjust based on crude oil acid value, sulfur content, and unit load.
    5. **Pipeline Maintenance:** Before switching corrosion inhibitor types, flush and purge the injection pipeline thoroughly to prevent clogging.
