HLN-129 is a high-performance phosphorus-free high-temperature corrosion inhibitor formulated by diluting the stock solution with diesel oil, aromatic hydrocarbons, or similar solvents. This polymer surfactant contains strong polar groups such as nitrogen (N) and oxygen (O), making it free from phosphorus (P), chloride (Cl), metals, and other toxic substances. The product is environmentally friendly, exhibits excellent oil solubility, and is thermally stable with a decomposition temperature exceeding 500℃. RUN-129 forms a dense monomolecular or polymolecular adsorption film on metal surfaces, effectively preventing high-temperature naphthenic acid corrosion.

HLH-103 is a polymer surfactant containing highly polar groups such as nitrogen (N) and oxygen (O). Free of phosphorus (P), chloride (Cl), metals, and other toxic substances, it is environmentally friendly and safe for downstream processing. BXH-103 features excellent oil solubility, a high boiling point, and superior thermal stability, with a decomposition temperature exceeding 500℃. The product exhibits strong adsorption on metal surfaces, forming a dense monomolecular or polymolecular film and a passivation layer similar to 316 or 317 stainless steel. This protective layer effectively prevents high-temperature naphthenic acid corrosion.
