HLH-105A is an advanced oil-soluble imidazoline stock solution derived from a modified oleic acid imidazoline intermediate. Hydrophobic groups are strategically incorporated into its molecular structure to enhance compatibility with gasoline and diesel, improve storage stability, and provide demulsifying properties. Compared to traditional oleic acid-based imidazoline corrosion inhibitors, BXH-105A offers superior corrosion protection, improved oil solubility, and excellent environmental performance.

    Product Features

    1.Enhanced Corrosion Inhibition Efficiency: Provides 4-6% improvement in corrosion inhibition efficiency in a 1000ppm HCl solution compared to traditional oleic acid-based inhibitors.
    2.Improved Oil Solubility: Fully soluble in methanol, ethanol, and other low-carbon alcohols, with excellent compatibility in gasoline, diesel, and heavy aromatics.
    3.Demulsifying Properties: Ensures long-term oil-water separation without emulsification, even in mixed-phase systems. The product is also soluble in acids, enabling direct addition to acidizing fluids.
    4.Enhanced Stability: Offers extended storage life with no stratification, maintaining consistent performance over time.
    5.Low Freezing Point: Maintains good fluidity at low temperatures (freezing point ≤ -15℃), making it suitable for winter operations.
