HLH-101 water-soluble imidazoline (polyoxyethylene ether) stock solution is a high-performance, non-ionic surfactant. It is synthesized from oleic acid and organic amine at temperatures above 220 ℃, forming an oil-soluble hydroxyethyl imidazoline with an alkyl imidazoline structure. The addition of ethylene oxide (EO) further modifies the product. The synthesis process involves advanced multi-step temperature control under catalytic conditions, enhancing the formation of imidazoline rings and optimizing the molar ratio of EO addition. This ensures high water solubility while maintaining controlled EO polymerization, resulting in superior corrosion inhibition properties.

The product contains over 95% effective components, offering excellent water solubility. It is widely used in oil and natural gas extraction, refining processes, and surface treatment applications, serving as a highly effective corrosion inhibitor.
