HLH-102 Oil Soluble Imidazoline Intermediate

HLH-102 is an alkaline organic intermediate with an alkyl imidazoline structure, synthesized from oleic acid and organic amine at temperatures above 220℃. It is an effective oil-soluble imidazoline corrosion inhibitor with excellent adsorption properties. The advanced synthesis process utilizes multi-step temperature control and water separation under catalytic conditions, achieving a high imidazoline cyclization rate. BXH-102 is easily soluble in solvents like diesel oil and mineral oils, but remains in a dispersed state in water. Its imidazoline ring structure strongly adheres to metal surfaces, forming a dense molecular film that transforms hydrophilic surfaces into hydrophobic ones, effectively preventing corrosion caused by CO₂, H₂S, HCl, and other acidic media.
