Polyepichlorohydrin-Dimethylamine Modified Demulsifier
Demulsifier and Water Purifier

Polyepichlorohydrin-Dimethylamine Modified Demulsifier

Polyepichlorohydrin-dimethylamine modified demulsifier, also known as polyamine, polyepichlorohydrin amine, or polyquaternary ammonium salt, is a high-performance chemical additive. This product is a strong cationic polyquaternary ammonium salt with high positive charge density and a low molecular weight. It features a primarily linear molecular structure supplemented by a branched network. It exhibits excellent electrical neutralization, demulsification, and flocculation properties.

    Applications

    • Oil Exploration: Effectively demulsifies high-salinity polymer flooding produced fluid when used with non-ionic oil-soluble demulsifiers.
    • Oil Refining: Demonstrates excellent demulsification and purification effects on atmospheric and vacuum oily wastewater, coking sulfur wastewater, and similar types. Ensures rapid oil-water separation and high water clarity.
    • Water and Sewage Treatment: Replaces or complements traditional aluminum/iron salt coagulants in treating low turbidity water. Improves flocculation, reduces sludge generation, and lowers overall treatment costs.
    • Paper Industry: Captures anionic trash in pulp, improves paper strength, and enhances the deinking process for waste paper. Effective in reducing COD and decolorizing paper wastewater.

    Usage Instructions

    Laboratory Evaluation:
    1. Dilute the product or composite to 10%.
    2. Use water samples to perform flocculation experiments, determining the optimal dosage.
    3. Example for oily sewage: Add 10% diluent to 1000ml of sewage dropwise at a rate of 5 seconds per drop, stir for 2.5 minutes, and allow to settle. Adjust dosage based on water clarity.

    Industrial Application:
    1. Dilute the product to 10% using plastic or composite tanks if acidic.
    2. Mix 10% diluent and wastewater using a pipeline mixer or mixing tank.
    3. Direct the mixture to air flotation, sedimentation, or oil-water separation tanks. Collect floating oil and extract clear water.
