HLG-418 is an all-organic, multi-branched cationic polymer copolymer with a high molecular weight and abundant amine, hydroxyl, and amide groups on its main molecular chain. These functional groups facilitate charge neutralization, demulsification, and particle adsorption and aggregation, enabling the efficient separation of oil, colloids, and water in emulsified wastewater. This product is particularly effective in industrial applications requiring high oil-water separation efficiency and environmental compliance.

    Usage Instructions

    1. **Dilution:** Dilute the product 2-10 times with water before use.
    2. **Mixing:** Mix the diluted product with oily sewage using a fast mixing tank or static pipeline mixer.
    3. **Separation:** Allow the mixture to settle in a separation tank, or use an air flotation device to accelerate oil-water separation.
    4. **pH Adjustment:** For emulsions with acidic pH, add the product, mix thoroughly, then adjust the pH to 7-10 using lye for optimal performance.
    5. **Dosage:** Typical dosage ranges from 20 to 1000ppm, depending on oil content, emulsification degree, and COD levels. Conduct experimental tests to determine the optimal dosage.
    6. **Low Temperature Handling:** If stored below -3℃, the product may whiten, thicken, or solidify. Heat gently to restore it to its original state without affecting performance.

    Packaging, Storage, and Safety

    • Packaged in 25kg, 200kg plastic drums, or IBC ton barrels (custom packaging available).
    • Store in a cool, dry place. During winter, store in an insulated warehouse. Valid for 2 years.
