Applications
- Oilfield Wastewater Treatment: Efficiently separates oil and water in wastewater containing polymers.
- Oil Refineries: Purifies oily sewage from atmospheric and vacuum distillation, as well as coking and sulfur wastewater.

Usage Instructions
1. **Dilution:** Use the stock solution directly or dilute it with water (2-10 times).
2. **Injection:** Inject the solution into oily sewage using a metering pump, ensuring uniform mixing through a pipeline mixer or agitator.
3. **Separation:** Allow the mixture to settle statically for oil-water separation and water clarification.
4. **Concentration:** General usage concentration is 20-300ppm. Optimize dosage based on on-site testing.
5. **Optional Additives:** For better clarity or to handle suspended solids, add 2-4ppm polyacrylamide (PAM) or 5-100ppm PAC/PFAC.
6. **Equipment:** Use stainless steel or plastic pumps for dosing.
Packaging, Storage, and Safety
- Packaged in 25kg, 200kg plastic drums, or IBC ton barrels (custom packaging available).
- Store in a cool, dry place. During winter, store in an insulated warehouse. Valid for 2 years.
