HLG-418F Compound Emulsion-Breaking Water Purifying Agent
Demulsifier and Water Purifier

HLG-418F Compound Emulsion-Breaking Water Purifying Agent

HLG-418F is a high-performance compound emulsion-breaking water purifying agent composed of BXG-418 monomer and inorganic flocculants. It effectively neutralizes electric charges, breaks emulsions, and promotes the adsorption and aggregation of particles in sewage. Under the influence of inorganic flocculants, the product forms large flocs rapidly, reducing suspended solids and enabling efficient oil-water-colloid separation. It is specifically designed for use in industries with oily wastewater, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.

    Product Features

    • Dual Functionality: Simultaneously achieves emulsion breaking and water clarification, offering excellent oil-water separation and enhanced removal of suspended solids and decolorization.
    • Versatile Application: Performs effectively in treating wastewater with high oil content, elevated COD, and complex emulsions.
    • Customizable Components: Can incorporate non-chloride flocculants, ensuring no adverse effects on biochemical treatment or downstream oil refining processes.

    Applications

    • Petroleum Exploration and Refining: Effective in separating oil and water in high-emulsification sewage from petroleum exploitation and refining processes.
    • Coal Chemical and Coking Industries: Addresses emulsified wastewater with high oil content and suspended solids.
    • Iron and Steel Manufacturing: Reduces colloidal impurities and ensures compliance with environmental standards in wastewater treatment.
    • Mechanical Processing: Improves wastewater quality through efficient oil-water separation.

    Usage Instructions

    1. **Dilution:** Dilute the product 2-10 times with water.
    2. **Mixing:** Inject the diluted product into the oily sewage using a metering pump. Ensure uniform mixing through a fast mixing tank or static pipeline mixer.
    3. **Separation:** Allow the mixture to settle in a separation tank or use an air flotation device to accelerate oil-water separation.
    4. **Injection Point:** Place the injection point at the inlet of the fast mixing tank or the front end of the static pipeline mixer.
    5. **Dosage:** Adjust the dosage based on oil content, emulsification degree, and COD levels. Typical dosages range from 20 to 1000ppm, determined through experimental tests.
