HLN-124-4 Hydrogenation Corrosion Inhibitor Corrosion Inhibition Component (Four Times Concentrated Stock Solution)
Product Features
- Superior Dispersion: Reduces fouling within the system and ensures clean operation.
- Enhanced Corrosion Inhibition: Forms a protective film with excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for systems with high sulfide concentrations.
- Flexible Preparation: Can be diluted 3 to 4 times for use, and further adjusted with methanol or other pour-point depressants for low-temperature conditions.
- Environmental Safety: Free from Cl, P, and metal ions. Residual components are water-soluble and do not affect downstream products or processes.
- Anti-Emulsification Performance: Reduces condensed water emulsification, ensuring compliance with ammonia nitrogen, COD, and oil content control standards.
- Cost-Effective and Easy to Use: Simplifies application and lowers overall operational costs.
- Wide Applicability: Ideal for the low-temperature condensation cooling sections of stripping towers, fractionation towers, and hydrogenation units in steam, diesel, and wax oil processing systems.

Applications
- Low-Temperature Corrosion Protection: Designed for the low-temperature condensation cooling sections at the top of hydrogenation units in refineries.
- Secondary Processing Units: Applicable for corrosion protection in catalytic units, coking units, and other secondary processing devices.
Usage Instructions
1. **Dilution:** Dilute the product 3 to 4 times with reverse osmosis water before use. For severely corroded systems, ethylenediamine content in the diluted solution can range from 2 to 10%.
2. **Winter Use:** To reduce the freezing point in colder conditions, add 6-8% methanol or ethylene glycol per ton of finished product.
Packaging, Storage, and Safety
- Packaging Options: Available in 25L plastic drums, 200L iron or plastic drums, or IBC ton barrels.
- Storage Guidelines: Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated area at room temperature. Ensure the container is sealed. Shelf life is 2 years.
- Safety Precautions: Keep away from fire sources. Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for detailed safety information.
