Applications
- Ammonium Bisulfide Corrosion Control: Mitigates NH4HS erosion and fouling in hydrogenation reactors and associated equipment.
- Wet Hydrogen Sulfide Corrosion Prevention: Protects overhead condensing cooling systems in refining units from wet H2S corrosion.
Usage Instructions
1. **Preparation:** Pump the product into a corrosion inhibitor storage tank and dilute with demineralized or softened water to the desired concentration.
2. **Injection Points:** Recommended for the condenser inlet at the top of the tower. Use DN15 stainless steel pipelines, ensuring the injection port extends to the pipeline center.
3. **Dosage:** Typical dosage ranges from 10μg/g to 30μg/g based on processing volume. Adjust according to the S, N, and Cl content in crude oil.
4. **Pre-Passivation:** During the initial 5 days, increase dosage to 30-50ppm to establish a solid protective film.
5. **Pipeline Maintenance:** Before switching corrosion inhibitor types, flush and purge injection pipelines thoroughly to prevent blockages.
