HLN-124 is a patented, water-soluble hydrogenation corrosion inhibitor composed of multiple adsorption-type corrosion inhibitors, polycarboxylic acid polymer scale dispersants, organic amines, anti-emulsifiers, and acid corrosion inhibitors. The product is specifically designed for use in hydrocracking, hydrofinishing, and catalytic reforming processes to control ammonium bisulfide (NH4HS) erosion, fouling, and wet hydrogen sulfide (H2S) corrosion.     • Ammonium Bisulfide Corrosion Control: Mitigates NH4HS erosion and fouling in hydrogenation reactors and associated equipment.
    • Wet Hydrogen Sulfide Corrosion Prevention: Protects overhead condensing cooling systems in refining units from wet H2S corrosion.

    Usage Instructions

    1. **Preparation:** Pump the product into a corrosion inhibitor storage tank and dilute with demineralized or softened water to the desired concentration.
    2. **Injection Points:** Recommended for the condenser inlet at the top of the tower. Use DN15 stainless steel pipelines, ensuring the injection port extends to the pipeline center.
    3. **Dosage:** Typical dosage ranges from 10μg/g to 30μg/g based on processing volume. Adjust according to the S, N, and Cl content in crude oil.
    4. **Pre-Passivation:** During the initial 5 days, increase dosage to 30-50ppm to establish a solid protective film.
    5. **Pipeline Maintenance:** Before switching corrosion inhibitor types, flush and purge injection pipelines thoroughly to prevent blockages.
