HLN-127-4 Water and Corrosion Inhibitor (Four Times Concentrated Solution)
Oil Refining Auxiliary

HLN-127-4 Water and Corrosion Inhibitor (Four Times Concentrated Solution)

HLN-127-4 is a high-performance water-soluble corrosion inhibitor designed to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs for atmospheric and vacuum distillation devices. By concentrating the active corrosion inhibition components into a four-fold solution, the product combines multiple types of inhibitors to provide excellent protection against corrosion caused by sulfides and chlorides. The product forms a robust protective film on metal surfaces through physical adsorption and chemical coordination adsorption.

    Product Features

    • Exceptional Corrosion Inhibition Performance: Effectively protects against corrosion even in high concentrations of sulfides and chlorides. Neutralization inhibitors can be prepared after 4–5 times dilution.
    • Easy Integration with Neutralizers: Compatible with ethylenediamine, monoethanolamine, and other organic amine neutralizers for direct use.
    • Environmental Safety: Free of Cl, P, and metal ions. Residual components are water-soluble, ensuring no adverse effects on subsequent processing operations.
    • Anti-Emulsification Performance: Reduces the emulsification tendency of condensed water, ensuring compliance with ammonia nitrogen, COD, and oil content control standards.
    • Cost-Effective: Requires only the addition of organic amines, making the overall cost significantly lower.
    • Broad Application: Proven effective across multiple domestic devices, making it suitable for atmospheric and vacuum distillation units with varying properties and operating conditions.
